Bubble, Bubble, Toil and Trouble
Well, maybe not trouble. We sort of specialize in getting people out of trouble.
Let me be the first to welcome you to Divine Aegis, a new healer-centric blog focused on tank healing maintained by yours truly, Lilitharien, and my fellow guildie and tank healer, Lyriel (who I’m sure will post his own intro later). We’re a Discipline-Priest-and-Holy-Paladin combination, and we’ve been working together to keep the tanks in our guild(s) alive for over 6 months.
Lyriel finally got the idea to make his own blog and made a Blogspot account, and I was lamenting that I’d love to start my own healing blog too but it wasn’t really that much fun doing it by yourself. In fact, it’s a lot of work to maintain a blog! One needs motivation, time, and all that jazz. It’s much easier with two or more people doing it together. So, Lyriel goes “Well, we’re both tank healers. Why don’t you blog with me?”
And thus—Divine Aegis is born!
Expect to find informative, but (we hope!) fun-to-read posts about healing, raiding, gear, talent specs, spell use, rotations, healycrafting, macros, addons, and a whole lot more. We’re excited to start this new venture and share our talents, experience, not-so-humble opinions with you!

And I will definitely be adding this to my list of things to watch. As a holy paladin of two years and counting, I so verily love reading up on what’s new and what techniques I can use to improve my healing. :)

I had talked to Lilith a bit through WoWLadies about contributing a druid perspective to the site and we didn’t get to talk too much about it – due to some things IRL that had me distracted.
Now that that is sorted out, I’m still extremely interested and was hoping we could talk more about this.
As a refresher, my LJ ID is “childofscandal” and I have Ventrilo and YIM! as a way to keep in touch, along with the usuals (i.e. e-mail, Facebook, etc.)
